Business Functions The May & Baker Sports and Social Club has facilities to suit all business functions. Whether you are looking to organise a meeting, seminar or conference or you wish to hold a team building event. Whether your function is big or small we can cater for your every need. Our catering staff can prepare a wide range of food to suit, and our club staff are here to ensure that each and every function is tailored to the clients needs and the worry is taken out of organising the event Conferences: If you wish to hold a company conference then we could be just the venue. With our Stockdale Lounge holding up to 170 people comfortably and the Chase Lounge holding up to 100 and our range of presentation equipment, you can be sure that your day will be a success. The Club's staff already have a wide range of experience for planning such functions and will strive to ensure that your day goes without a hitch. Both Stockdale & Chase rooms features a 10 foot screen complete with acetate, video and computer projection facilities. Our catering staff will ensure that you and your guests will not go hungry or thirsty and our management staff can satisfy almost any requirement you may have. Team Building: Team building exercises are a fun and effective way of encouraging your employees to work together as a team. At the May & Baker Sports & Social Club our wide range of sports and conference facilities mean that we can arrange the perfect team building course for you.
